Student Family Change of Details
It is important that families ensure that the College is notified of any changes to family contact details or other relevant information regarding your child. We ask that you notify the College in writing of any change of address, telephone or email. It is also critical that medical and legal information is kept up to date. Family information on file is regarded by the College as confidential and is subject to privacy laws. It is for the benefit of your child that you notify the College concerning any change. The Change of Details form can be submitted to any campus reception or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Where there has been a custody case, the College requires a copy of custody orders to ensure legal parameters.
