One message he spoke of is that everyone possesses goodness. Sometimes our upbringing and cultural influences shape us, embedding things in our subconscious, including prejudices. Bishop Charles shared a story where he admits that he has sometimes met someone new and felt a dislike, but he emphasises the importance of self-awareness and introspection. What we dislike in others often mirrors aspects of ourselves. Life is an incredible adventure, so keep an open mind. Recognise the goodness and beauty within you.
