THE CRICKET BLAST PROGRAM IS AROUND THE CORNER!
The Cricket World Cup is underway, and so is our Alice Springs cricket season. We are excited to invite children aged 5 to 12 to join our Cricket Blast program, which kicks off on October 27th, 2023.
The Cricket Blast program will feature a series of fun-filled and fast-paced cricket-based games and drills, with a focus on teaching new techniques and skills. We aim to encourage the kids to apply these skills in real match scenarios.
Program Details: The first three weeks will be dedicated to learning cricket techniques such as batting, bowling, and fielding through enjoyable drills. The subsequent four weeks will provide opportunities for the kids to demonstrate these techniques in match-based scenarios.
Benefits for Kids: Participation in this program will lead to improved hand-eye coordination, enhanced motor skills, increased concentration, positive mental health, a stronger connection to cricket and sports, and the realization of one's potential.
*This is a 7-week program which happens every Friday from 27th of October 2023. Time: 5pm. Venue: Traeger Park. Fees - $100
